Welcome to Taj Mahal Tours Packages. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our travel services and website tajmahaltourspackages.com. By booking our services, you acknowledge your acceptance and agreement to these terms.

1. General Terms

1.1 Definitions

·       "Company" refers to Taj Mahal Tours Packages, its employees, agents, and representatives

·       "Customer" refers to any individual or group purchasing our services

·       "Services" include tour packages, accommodation bookings, transportation, guide services, and related travel arrangements

1.2 Agreement

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Taj Mahal Tours Packages.

2. Booking and Reservations

2.1 Booking Process

·       All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation

·       We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking at our discretion

·       Booking confirmation will be sent within 24 hours of receiving your request

·       A valid booking requires completed booking form and initial payment

2.2 Booking Confirmation

·       Your booking is confirmed only upon receipt of our written confirmation

·       If confirmation is not received within 48 hours, please contact us immediately

·       Confirmed bookings are subject to these Terms & Conditions

2.3 Group Bookings

·       Special terms may apply for groups of 10 or more people

·       Group bookings require advance notice and may have different pricing

·       Group leader is responsible for coordinating with all participants

3. Pricing and Payment

3.1 Pricing

·       All prices are quoted in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise specified

·       Prices are subject to change without prior notice until booking is confirmed

·       Additional costs during travel (meals, entrance fees, tips) are customer's responsibility

·       Government taxes and service charges are included unless stated otherwise

3.2 Payment Terms

·       Advance Payment: 25% of total cost required at booking

·       Balance Payment: Due 15 days before tour commencement

·       Same Day Tours: Full payment required at booking or before tour starts

·       Multi-day Tours: 50% advance, balance 7 days before departure

3.3 Payment Methods

·       Online payments, bank transfers, credit/debit cards accepted

·       Cash payments accepted for same-day bookings

·       International payments subject to current exchange rates

·       Payment processing fees may apply

3.4 Price Changes

·       Prices confirmed at booking will not change except for:

o   Government tax increases

o   Fuel surcharge variations

o   Currency fluctuation beyond 5%

·       Price increases exceeding 10% entitle you to cancel without penalty

4. Travel Documentation

4.1 Documentation Requirements

·       Valid passport required for all travelers

·       Visa requirements are customer's responsibility

·       We provide general guidance but are not liable for visa rejections

·       Ensure all documents are valid for at least 6 months from travel date

4.2 Travel Insurance

·       Comprehensive travel insurance strongly recommended

·       Insurance should cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and baggage loss

·       We are not liable for costs covered by travel insurance

5. Itinerary and Services

5.1 Itinerary Accuracy

·       Itineraries are indicative and subject to change due to:

o   Weather conditions

o   Traffic situations

o   Monument closure or restrictions

o   Local events or circumstances beyond our control

·       We will provide suitable alternatives when necessary

5.2 Included Services

·       Services included are clearly specified in your tour package

·       Meals, entrance fees, and optional activities are included only if specifically mentioned

·       Personal expenses are not included unless stated

5.3 Accommodation Standards

·       Accommodation is provided as per package category selected

·       Hotel changes may occur due to availability or unforeseen circumstances

·       Alternative accommodation of similar standard will be arranged

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1 Health and Fitness

·       Customers must assess their physical condition for planned activities

·       Inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special needs

·       Some activities may require moderate physical fitness

6.2 Behavior and Conduct

·       Customers must respect local laws, customs, and cultural sensitivities

·       Inappropriate behavior may result in tour termination without refund

·       Damage to property or third-party complaints are customer's responsibility

6.3 Punctuality

·       Customers must arrive at designated meeting points on time

·       Tours may depart without late arrivals, with no refund provided

·       Delays caused by customers may result in itinerary modifications

7. Cancellation and Changes

7.1 Changes by Customer

·       Tour date changes subject to availability and additional charges

·       Name changes permitted up to 48 hours before departure

·       Itinerary modifications may incur additional costs

7.2 Cancellation by Company

·       We reserve the right to cancel tours due to:

o   Insufficient bookings (minimum 2 people required)

o   Weather conditions or safety concerns

o   Force majeure events

·       Full refund provided if we cancel, or alternative tour offered

7.3 Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control including:

·       Natural disasters, strikes, political unrest

·       Government restrictions or pandemic-related limitations

·       Transportation delays or breakdowns

8. Liability and Insurance

8.1 Limitation of Liability

·       Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided

·       We are not liable for personal injury, illness, or death except due to our negligence

·       Not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings

·       Third-party service providers are responsible for their own services

8.2 Indemnification

·       Customers indemnify us against claims arising from their actions

·       Personal injury during activities undertaken at customer's own risk

·       Medical expenses and repatriation costs are customer's responsibility

9. Complaints and Disputes

9.1 Complaint Procedure

·       Report any issues immediately to our tour guide or representative

·       Written complaints must be submitted within 30 days of tour completion

·       We will investigate and respond within 15 business days

9.2 Resolution

·       Good faith efforts will be made to resolve disputes amicably

·       Compensation limited to proportional refund of unused services

·       No compensation for inconvenience, disappointment, or consequential losses

10. Data Protection

·       Personal information collected is used solely for providing our services

·       Data is protected according to our Privacy Policy

·       Information may be shared with service providers necessary for your tour

11. Governing Law

·       These Terms are governed by Indian law

·       Disputes subject to jurisdiction of Agra courts

·       Any modifications must be agreed in writing

12. Amendments

·       We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time

·       Updated Terms will be posted on our website

·       Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms
