2. Multi-Day Tour Packages (2+ Days)
2.1 Standard Tours (2-5 Days)
· 15+ days before departure: 90% refund
· 8-14 days before departure: 70% refund
· 4-7 days before departure: 50% refund
· Less than 4 days before departure: No refund
2.2 Extended Tours (6+ Days)
· 30+ days before departure: 90% refund
· 15-29 days before departure: 70% refund
· 8-14 days before departure: 50% refund

3. Golden Triangle Tours
3.1 Cancellation Schedule
· 30+ days before departure: 85% refund
· 15-29 days before departure: 60% refund
· 8-14 days before departure: 40% refund
· Less than 8 days before departure: No refund
3.2 Additional Conditions
· Hotel bookings made are non-refundable once confirmed
· Train ticket costs will be deducted as per railway cancellation policy
· Monument entrance fees are non-refundable if pre-purchased

6.2 Train and Flight Bookings
· Cancellation charges as per respective transport provider policies
· Service charges of ₹500 per ticket apply for processing
